- Head outdoors: walk, soak in sunshine, breathe fresh air!
- Self-care with Yoga, Tai chi and a body massage.
- Nurture you spirit: contemplative prayer, meditation and mindfulness.
- Engage with supportive peers: speak with clarity and confidence.
- Diaphragmatic Breathing!
