  • Head outdoors: walk, soak in sunshine, breathe fresh air!
  • Self-care with Yoga, Tai chi and a body massage.
  • Nurture you spirit: contemplative prayer, meditation and mindfulness.
  • Engage with supportive peers: speak with clarity and confidence.
  • Diaphragmatic Breathing!
