Business Insider recently spoke to dozens of nurses about the most challenging parts of their jobs and many agree losing patients hurts the most.

Other problems they cite include dealing with hospital politics, getting insulted by others in the health care industry and working shifts so busy and long there’s no time to use the bathroom.
