In an effort to keep you abreast of telehealth and telemedicine flexibilities during the public health emergency, the Division of Consumer Affairs has posted updated  Telehealth FAQs  on its  COVID-19 webpage.

The updated FAQs offer additional information about general requirements for providing telehealth, relaxed technological parameters for providing telehealth, place of service requirements, prescribing controlled dangerous substances and authorizing medical marijuana during the public health emergency.
