Nurture NJ Social Media for National Ambassadors

 In Nurses Weekly

First Lady Tammy Murphy launched Nurture NJ in early 2019 as a statewide awareness initiative committed to reducing infant and maternal mortality and morbidity and ensuring equity in care and outcomes for mothers and infants of all ethnic groups.

To achieve its goal of making New Jersey the safest and most equitable place in the nation to deliver and raise a baby, Nurture NJ focuses on strengthening coordination and programming between departments, agencies, and stakeholders. On January 25, Nurture NJ announced the release of the Nurture NJ Maternal and Infant Health Strategic Plan to reduce maternal morality by 50% over five years and eliminate the disparities in birth outcomes.

We hope you will spread the word about the Nurture NJ Maternal and Infant Health Strategic Plan to a national audience on your social channels.
