We are excited to Kick-off Healthy Nurse Healthy Nation – NJ (HNHN-NJ)!

Stay tuned for weekly emails of HNHN-NJ tips, see attached, and for information on how to sign-up and join HNHN-NJ!

Quality of Life: Mind, Body and Spirit will be the focus of HNHN-NJ and this month’s theme is Nutrition.

The tips for this week are:

  • Eat lots of vegetables – all different colors
  • Eat 3-4 servings of fruit – berries are Power Food
  • Watch serving size and limit processed food
  • Get 7-9 hours SLEEP every 24 hours
