We are excited to Kick-off Healthy Nurse Healthy Nation – NJ (HNHN-NJ)!

Quality of Life: Mind, Body and Spirit will be the focus of HNHN-NJ and this month’s theme is Nutrition.
The tips for this week are:
- Eat lots of vegetables – all different colors
- Eat 3-4 servings of fruit – berries are Power Food
- Watch serving size and limit processed food
- Get 7-9 hours SLEEP every 24 hours
