How to do it
Think of one song that makes you feel ready for anything. Then, gather what you need to play the song in the morning, such as a pair of headphones. You might plan to play it when you wake up, in the shower as you’re getting ready for your day or on your commute to work.
Why it matters
Music is proven to have a bearing on our mood – and upbeat tunes in particular can help put a smile on your face! Listening to a cheery song helps you take charge of your morning and head into your day more relaxed, happy, and in control.
