Mental Health Awareness: Youth Suicide
May is “Mental Health Awareness Month”. To increase our vigilance of the stressors that youth have been facing in recent times, we are sharing the attached infographic, “Youth Suicide Prevention”. This describes the contributing factors in youth suicide attempts – and where help can be sought. The NJ Hopeline is available 24/7 and is staffed by specially trained mental health support specialists. The Children’s System of Care within NJDCF serves children and adolescents who present with behavioral health challenges.
