Region 1 Annual Dinner Meeting

A great time was had by all at our Region 1 Annual Dinner Meeting on Wednesday September 21st.
The educational topic for the event was The Transformation of Nursing Education through a Multifocal Lens: the Experience and Perspective of a Nursing School Educator, Hospital Nurse Educator and a Novice Nurse.
Our guest panel of speakers were Eileen Carrigg Specchio, PhD, RN, School Nurse Educator, Professor Emeritus, Saint Elizabeth University; Diane Hassa, MSN, RN Regional Director of Education, Prime Healthcare Services-Northeast Division; and Eleni Lutas, BSN, RN, Staff Nurse, Valley Health System.
