As Hurricane Harvey hit Texas, nurses were already looking for ways to help their colleagues and their patients. One NJSNA member, Teresa Weisneck, departed for Texas as soon as the storm left the area, using her experiences with Superstorm Sandy as a guide. The American Nurses Association’s American Nurse Today shares her story in the November 2017 issue
