Former Military Nurse Writes Poetry Book

 In Nurses Weekly

The stress of the pandemic inspired a former military nurse and New Jersey native to write a book of poems for health care workers. Susan Farese traveled the world helping people as a nurse. She is releasing her collection of freeform poetry with more than 40 poems that shares both her professional and personal thoughts and feelings. She is a strong advocate of the creative use of poetry to express the wonderment, frustration, dedication and the love of nurses for their profession and their patients.
