The New Jersey State Nurses Association (NJSNA) is dedicated to proliferation of high quality continuing nursing education and professional development. The mission of NJSNA is to promote the profession of nursing; advance the practice of nursing and advocate for nurses. NJSNA achieves its mission through education, policy development, leadership, professional representation, and workplace advocacy.
Since 1978, NJSNA has been accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education for nurses by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s (ANCC) Commission on Accreditation. NJSNA has approved educational activities for over 40 years and continues to advance the professional growth of its members so that the needs of patients will be met in changing societal conditions.
The American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation recently re-accredited and awarded a “Certificate of Accreditation” to New Jersey State Nurses Association as an APPROVER of Continuing Nursing Education for another for years.
