The Education Department at the New Jersey State Nurses Association (NJSNA) is committed to supporting the advancement of nursing excellence through its ANCC Accredited Approver Unit. Since 1978, NJSNA has been accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's (ANCC) Commission on Accreditation (COA), ensuring the highest standards in nursing continuing professional development (NCPD). The New Jersey State Nurses Association (NJSNA) is dedicated to the proliferation of high-quality continuing nursing education and professional development.
NJSNA is proud to be an ANCC Accredited Approver Unit, ensuring the highest standards in nursing continuing professional development (NCPD). We oversee the approval process for organizations and individual educational activities, ensuring compliance with ANCC criteria to enhance nursing education and patient care.
The American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Accreditation (ANCC COA) is committed to nursing excellence and high-quality in continuing nursing education. ANCC’s COA is responsible for establishing standards for continuing education for the nursing profession.
