Operating within the formal structure of the New Jersey State Nurses Association (NJSNA), FNEC is dedicated to supporting, connecting, and empowering the next generation of nursing leaders across the state.

Who can join the Forum?

Membership is open to any current NJSNA member navigating the first decade of their career. Eligibility Window: Join at any point during your early career and stay active through your 10th year of practice.
